Terms and Conditions

To confirm your reservation we will ask you for an advance payment of 50% of the total amount, while the rest will be due upon departure, to be settled either in cash or via credit card.
The advance payment is due upon receipt of our invoice, while the rest will be due upon departure, to be settled either in cash or via credit card. Available payment options:
  • Secured online payments via PayU
  • Bank transfer upon the receipt of an invoice
  
Upon arrival we will ask you for a guarantee deposit of RON 2.500 (EUR 500), which will be returned to you 7 days after your departure. This deposit is meant to cover possible damage.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are fully refunded. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are not refunded.
