December brings a rare window of availability: just a handful of rooms and a few open dates remain. Gourmet Escape: one night, seven courses, pure terroir delight

Our Gourmet Escape is the only experience that allows a one-night stay at the estate (our standard is a two-night minimum). Created for travellers who want a short yet immersive culinary journey, it brings together everything we stand for: terroir-driven cuisine, quiet luxury, heritage and beautifully restored spaces filled with history.
