After traveling the world and cooking alongside some of the best culinary masters, Chef Róbert Tordai has turned his attention closer to home, drawing inspiration from the local cuisine and his own gastronomic memories, while carefully sourcing the freshest ingredients and produce from trusted farmers, growers and artisans.
Each day, our Chef embarks on a journey of selection, handpicking ingredients that are in season and embody the flavours of Transylvania. From the tender lamb that roams freely on nearby pastures to the earthy wild mushrooms harvested from our forests, each ingredient is chosen with care and respect for its origin.
